[Dg] Pinning Ceremony

Dear Brothers,

During the last year the Ritual Committee worked hard on the creation of a 
Pinning Ceremony for our chapters/colonies to use as an optional ceremony.

This ceremony was drafted after reviewing different chapter ceremonies and 
was approved by the Board of Regents meeting at the Cleveland Convention.  A 
pinning ceremony is intend to be use when an individual has establish a very 
serious relationship (but not necessarily to the point of engagement).  
Again, unlike the Ritual or Alumni Ceremony, this pinning ceremony is 
completely optional and available for your organization's  use if you so

As a former Ritualist, I would like to thank the alumni and undergraduate 
members of the ritual committee for their hard work to clean up the ritual 
during the Cleveland Convention and for creating this new Pinning Ceremony.
