...Pittsburgh!

 

The Three Rivers Alumni Chapter wishes to congratulate the Pittsburgh
and Duquesne Chapters for their successes this past school year.  In
addition to both chapters having the student body president at their
respective schools, they also were awarded the top fraternity on campus
honor (Presidents Cup at Duquesne and Cathedral Award at Pittsburgh).

 

Last week the Pittsburgh Chapter was awarded:

Cathedral Award for best fraternity on campus

2nd place Greek Week kickoff

1st place winter blood drive

2nd place spring blood drive

3rd place 5k

3rd place Greek Sing

Best singing Greek Sing

 

Last night the Duquesne Chapter was awarded:

Outstanding Academic Achievement

1st place Greek Week

1st place Carnival Show

All Sports Trophy

Chapter Advisor of the Year

Outstanding Merit Award-Regis Ryan

Community Service of the Year Award-Phil Basciano

President's Cup for best fraternity on campus

 

Last week eleven brothers also went through the alumni ceremony and I
was also privileged to be in attendance Monday night to watch our Kansas
Chapter receive the Award of Distinction at the NIC meeting in DC.  One
of two fraternity chapters in the nation to receive this award!

 

Thought you would enjoy some good news, in this week of sadness.
