Brother Poltrone,

Thank you for that.  That was something I have been looking for since I was
an AM.  When I associated, even my boss laughed it off and said it was just
some animal house antics.  I turned to the Delta Chi mailing list for advice
on how to handle that, even then.  When I tried to explain the difference
between "young fraternity men" and "frat boys" my boss still thought it was
some kind of an act.  It has angered me ever since.  Now I have something I
can pass along to the chapter and hopefully help them bring in even better
AM classes in the future.
