[Dg] Delta Chi Scholarships?

We do internal scholarships for members currently, nothing external yet for
incoming freshmen.

At Huntsville, the most improved GPA gets next semester dues paid for.

At UNA if you introduce at least 4 men to the Colony and they are initiated,
you get free dues next semester.

We are also at both groups this semester compensating for putting names on
the 'Names List" (which only makes sense if you attended Phired Up.) It's
like $1 per name, which goes to $5 if he is pinned and then $25 if he is
initiated. That then gets you better tracked for the above named "free dues"
if you get 4 guys initiated. We are in the process of diverting funds from
next year's recruitment budget away from some of the spectacles and such and
into this as we are already seeing immediate results from this. Of course at
some point that becomes a self-eating watermelon of money but the more guys
that sign up the more money we have to do it with anyway.

I'd love to hear other idea's though.
