[Dg] Delta Chi Scholarships?

The Sacramento Area Alumni group hosts a golf tournament every year to raise scholarship dollars for undergrads at our Northern California Chapters (Davis & Chico).  We have money to give but we have yet to develop an application with criteria.  The idea, with best intentions, is to raise the $ in the Spring, which we do, and it give it away at our annual alumni dinner in the Fall.  We are still working on the giving part.
